Miami, Key West and Tampa all claim to have invented the original Cuban Sandwich. After you sink your teeth into a Franky's Cuban, you wont care. It's THAT GOOD. We slice our own ham, smoke and pull our own pork, grill it, add Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, then put it all on our own ciabatta roll. Even Ricky Ricardo would be proud!

Leonard Heuberger, who in 1922 founded a barbecue restaurant in Memphis named Leonard's, is reputed to be the inventor of the "classic Memphis pork barbecue sandwich". His sandwich was prepared on a bun with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw. Add pickles if you like ! We smoke our own pork for this beauty and pile on a bunch...why change a classic?
